Startkit Terms of Service

3.1. Startkit retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content.

3.2. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1. Some features of the Services may require subscription fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges related to your subscription.

4.2. Payments will be processed through secure third-party payment providers. Startkit does not store or process your payment information directly.

6. Termination

6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

7.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." STARTKIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Startkit reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your use of the Services after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

11. Relationship with Third Parties (Banks)

11.1. Startkit is not affiliated with, related to, or in any form of partnership with any bank, financial institution, or other entity supported by Startkit's bank statement parser feature. All names, trademarks, logos, and bank identities that may be mentioned or displayed in Startkit's services are used solely for identification and technical compatibility purposes, and are not intended to imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or legal relationship between Startkit and such parties.
